Occupational Doctor Resident Service Information
Subject: On-site healthcare consulting services by specialist physicians in occupational medicine
- Legal Basis: Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations of the Labor Health Protection.
- Purpose: To promote the physical and mental well-being of faculty and staff members, specialist physicians in occupational medicine from E-Da Hospital provide on-campus healthcare consulting services to support a safe, healthy, fair, and employee-friendly workplace.
- Service Items: Occupational health assessment, ergonomic hazard assessment (musculoskeletal discomfort), maternity health protection, evaluation of abnormal workloads, prevention of unlawful physical or mental assaults, health management and guidance for abnormal physical examination results, return-to-work assessments after occupational accidents, occupational disease prevention, and health promotion.

Service Schedule:
Healthcare consultation services are available every two months from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM on scheduled dates.
- Main Campus: April, June, August, and October.
- Medical Campus: February and December.
- Exact consultation dates will be announced by email.

Main Campus: Room 1318, 3rd Floor, Administration Building.
Medical Campus: Room B0129-2, 1st Floor, Teaching Building B.
- Registration: Participants are required to register online in advance. To protect personal privacy, consultations are conducted on a one-to-one basis only.
