Occupational doctor resident service information

Subject: On-site healthcare consulting services by specialist physicians in occupational medicine

Description:

I.           Legal Basis: Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulations of the Labor Health Protection.

II.        To take good care of both the physical and mental health of faculty and staff members in the workplace, the Office arranges for specialist physicians in occupational medicine from E-Da Hospital to offer healthcare consulting services on campus, in a bid to create a safe, healthy, fair, and employee-friendly workplace.

III.     On-site healthcare consulting services:

1.            Service items: occupational health assessment, ergonomic hazards (musculoskeletal discomfort), maternity health protection, abnormal workloads, unlawful physical or mental assaults, health management and guidance on abnormalities found during a physical examination, an assessment of work resumption after an occupational accident, the prevention of occupational diseases, and health promotion.

2.            Time: The specialist physician will offer healthcare consulting services on campus every two months, from 1:30 p.m. ~ 4:30 p.m. on the date agreed upon.

Main Campus: April, June, August, and October.

Medical Campus: February and December.

3.        Location:

Main Campus: Room 1318 on the 3rd floor of the Administration Building.

Medical Campus: Room B0129-2 on the 1st floor of Teaching Building B.

4.        Participants should sign up online in advance. For the sake of privacy, only one-to-one consultation is available.
